Deposit
Two months is normal in most cities. Get the refund timeline written into the agreement, not agreed verbally.
Maintenance
Ask what the monthly society maintenance is and who pays it. It is often left out of the quoted rent.
Notice period
One month either way is standard. Make sure it is symmetric.
